Black Diamond Pest Control Observes Growth with New Locations, Proves Resilience Amidst Trying Times

May 4, 2020

While 2020 has been a year of change, Black Diamond’s mission to provide expert pest control and excellent customer service has not. With the opening of two new branch locations earlier this year, they continue to grow and prove their resilience.

Categorized as an ‘essential business,’ Black Diamond Pest Control has remained open during the COVID-19 pandemic with increased health precautions for technicians and remote work for administrative and office personnel. “Because of the nature of our business, Black Diamond always adheres to the strictest safety standards. We were prepared for a situation like this because we have always been focused on safety first for our customers and our employees.” says Black Diamond Pest Control CEO, Keith Duncan, Jr.

“What this situation has shown is that customers want more value for their money and will turn to a longstanding company like Black Diamond,” says Duncan, “[A company] who has offered dependable services for 80 years and can offer value and warranties for the services we provide.”

Black Diamond Pest Control celebrated the opening of two new branch locations this year, both of which offer Pest Control, Termite Control, Bed Bug Control, Wildlife Control, and Honey Bee Relocation services. Opening in early January, the Elizabethtown location serves Nelson, Hardin, LaRue, and Hart counties, while the Evansville location, which opened in mid-February, serves counties throughout Southern Indiana and Kentucky, including Vanderburgh (IN); Warrick(IN); Union (KY); Henderson (KY); Hancock (KY); and Daviess (KY).

Both branches adhere to the same mission and philosophies held by all of Black Diamond. “There must always be a balance between determining affordable and effective services, and Black Diamond prides itself on finding that balance. We respect our customers’ time and money, and strive to offer the lowest cost for the highest quality. Any extension of Black Diamond will embody the same principles,” says Duncan.
