Black Diamond Termite and Pest Control, Inc. was started in 1940 and incorporated in 1949. The company is in its third generation of family ownership and operation and maintains a workforce of over 40 technicians and office staff. In 1995 the company moved into its current headquarters at 3715 Charlestown Road in New Albany, IN. In 2006 the offices were expanded with the addition of a 5000 square foot eight-bay garage in order to accomodate the continued growth of the company.

Black Diamond is the only full service pest control company serving Southern Indiana and Northern Kentucky (aka: Kentuckiana). This means that the company is able to draw from a wide variety of treatment options in order to provide customers in every situation with a solution to all of their pest problems. Beyond residential and commercial pest control, the company has performed over 60,000 wood destroying insect inspections for real estate transactions, and it also offers in-house termite and moisture damage repair services.

The company is covered by two million dollars of general liability insurance. Because of its excellent track record on inspections, the company is able to maintain an additional coverage of one million dollars for inspections. These coverages ensure customers of a commitment to quality.
